Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremony - Wolf Moon January 12th
Join me and other like-minded souls on Sunday 12th January 2025 @ 6pm At The Space Within Wellbeing Studio (near Bedford), for a replenishing Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremony. Join me as we move through the Full Moon in Cancer, exploring the energies of personal relationships, home life, emotions and nurture. Here we can sit in ceremony and set intentions for the month ahead whilst releasing anything that no longer serves us.
This event will run for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes and you will all receive a rejuvenating sound bath in a safe environment.
Sound Healing Therapy is the therapeutic use of sound, frequency and vibration to bring the body back in to alignment. Each organism has its own vibration and frequency rate, such as music that will vibrate through a glass. Since humans are made of 70% water this makes a fantastic conductor for vibration and frequency. This can be done in many different ways and during the ceremony I will use a variety of instruments to facilitate deep healing at cellular level.
The ceremony will include:
Smudging to cleanse the energy in the room/introductions
Intention setting and releasing
Soundbath ceremony
Sweet treats
Oracle card pull for guidance from the session
Herbal tea to finish
I welcome you to attend the studio and prepare to fully receive with no expectations from you. Please feel free to bring along a water bottle and/or Cacao to keep hydrated during the ceremony. I will provide mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, cushions but if you require any personal items for your own comfort please feel free to bring them along.
