WOMB HEALING
WOMB WRAPPING.
Traditionally known as ‘closing the bones’ this super relaxing treatment has been adapted for all of life’s transitions. This method known as ‘Womb Wrapping’ can be adapted to all of life’s transitions such as postnatal, divorce, menopause, womb loss, grief, trauma.
It involves using rebozo blankets and gently rocking/swaying various points of the body to re-align and release anything which does no longer serve you. It also includes a relaxing womb massage. I then read a beautiful poem that resonates with your intentions and purpose for the session.
At the end we then use a specially blended anointing oil using sacred symbols on various anointing points on the body. You will then get to take the blessed oil home for your own use.

yoni steaming.
A yoni steam ceremony is a beautiful ancient practice that has been around for years and years! It involves gently sitting above a bowl of organic herbs that are steaming in warm water. Yoni means ‘Vagina’ or ‘Origin of life’ and represents the creative force that moves through the entire universe.
This ritual is deeply relaxing whilst very effective at reducing menopause symptoms, pre-menstrual symptoms, moon-time discomforts and symptoms of dis-ease within the female reproductive system. It is also extremely powerful for healing and releasing trauma held within the womb space and the vagina for example from sexual abuse, birth trauma, grief, loss, divorce and other major life changes.
The gentle heat and moisture carries the properties of the herbs in to the vaginal tissues and helps to detoxify, soften tissues, improve circulation, encourage speedy healing and improve vitality.

A womb holds the power of creativity, intuition and creation. Through life we all go through various traumas and difficult times and the trauma can be held in the body. Our wombs hold lifetimes of fear, shame, guilt, grief and sadness that can impact our lives and by releasing this we can step in to our power and live the life we have always dreamt of!
