You can make an appointment by booking through this website direct and paying in full. You will need to complete a consultation form with your personal information and medical history before the session.

You will receive an email confirmation with important information at time of booking and I will contact you to arrange a suitable date/time for our appointment. The turnaround for sessions is available on the purchase page.

Cancellation Policy: 7 Days Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. You can rearrange your appointment from your initial email confirmation or contact me direct.

I require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel an appointment for a full refund. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 7 days notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because I may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover my costs.

24 Hours Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be transferable and we can arrange a suitable date/time to complete the session at a future date.

Late Arrivals: It is important that the agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little late or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.

Confidentiality

All client information and records will be safeguarded by Healing With Helena under GDPR law and will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, I will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to me without your consent.

Consultation and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

I have put in place suitable physical and electronical procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online. I will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

Healing With Helena will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal items during your time here.

Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment to be performed and will be required to be present for the duration of the treatment in the room.

Healing With Helena holds the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive or demonstrates inappropriate aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a total ban from my services and may also result in criminal proceedings.

Healing With Helena provides treatments in a variety of forms but none of these modalities are a substitute for professional medical care or counselling. I will not diagnose, prescribe medication or medical treatments of any kind unless I am qualified to do so and will always recommend referral to a GP or other qualified medical specialist or practitioner.

You as the client have a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of your knowledge, and to keep me up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments you are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.

I may refuse treatment to any client or part of the body with just and reasonable cause. Healing With Helena reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if I believe that it is not safe or in the clients best interest to continue. Likewise the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.
